Are you following your circadian diurnal rhythm or is your rhythm broken? If so, what can you do?

When a circadian diurnal rhythm works as it should, we would wake up without an alarm clock with the sun and start to get tired as the sun goes down. And as the sun rises so do our cortisol levels and then they gradually decline as the day goes on. These levels should be almost zero around 10:00 pm. This is critical to help us begin the process of repair which goes on inside our body at night. When the sun goes down and cortisol lowers, melatonin is then triggered to be produced. If cortisol isn't lowered then melatonin production is stunted.
